Esperanto translation
Hello! I came through and deleted the spam.

Nobody's posted here since 2007 and I was just curious if anyone reading this was interested in being the community maintainer. We need someone who would watch the Esperanto translation and help others to translate it.

I am happy to grant privs if new people want to translate. I see this community has a lot of watchers: if you want to participate just speak! :)

Malprava ‘subjekto’

saluton al ĉiuj... mi ne scias kiel alparoli ĉi tiun komunumon ne membriĝinte al ĝi, tial mi skribas ĉi tie.

Kiam oni prikomentas afiŝon, aperas "komentilo" (mi ne certas pri la plej ĝusta vorto). Tiu komentilo demandas pri la bildo uzota, la mesaĝo mem kaj la temo de la komento. Nun la komentilo uzas la vorton "Subjekto" (rekta mistraduko de la angla vorto "subject"), sed devas esti "Temo".

Ĉu iu ĉi tie povus ŝanĝi tion?

Mi devas forlasi vin
Estimataj membroj de tiu ĉi komunumo,

bedaŭrinde mi devas ĉesi mian membrecon ĉi tie. Antaŭ dek monatoj mi iĝis oficiala membro de la tradukteamo, sed krom ioma unua aktiveco mi neniam sukecis plene engaĝiĝi por la esperantigo de LiveJournal.

Aliaj aktivaĵoj ene de Esperantujo foruzis mian tempon kaj atenton same kiel aferoj ekster Esperantujo, kiuj daŭre ekzistas kaj ekzistu. Mi ĉiam opiniis, ke estas pli bone, se posteno estas videble vaka, ol se iu persono oficiale okupas ĝin, sed nenion faras. Tial estas nur konsekvence se mi forlasas tiun ĉi komunumon.

Siatempe mi komencis traduki vortoliston, kiun jegrasso menciis antaŭ dek monatoj. Tiam ne venis reago, do ĉio haltiĝis tuj je la unua fazo. Se iun el vi interesas la rezulto, mi pretas sendi la dosieron al tiu persono.

Tradukado estas grava tasko, sed ankaŭ ĉifoje validas la eterna regulo pri aktivuloj: Ĉiam ekzistas pli da farindaĵoj ol kompetentaj homoj. Mi tamen esperas, ke tiu ĉi komunumo denove aktivos post mi!

Ĉu estas mistraduko rilate ensalutadon?

utila vortlisto / useful wordlist
velvetchamber ĵus skribis ĉe lj_translate bonan liston de oftuzataj vortoj kaj frazoj por samigi tradukadon. Mi planas kopii ĝin al ĉi tiu taglibro por ke ĉiu povas uzi kaj redakti ĝin komunume.

velvetchamber just posted in lj_translate a good list of frequently used words and phrases for standardizing translation. I plan to copy it to this journal so everyone is able to use and edit it communally.

ĝisdatigo / update
Mi ĵus forviŝis enskribojn, kiuj ne temis pri la tradukado de LiveJournal. Kelkaj enskriboj temis pri esperanto ĝenerale; esperable la nova uzantinformo de ĉi tiu komunumo haltos tiajn enskribojn estonte.

Dum la venontaj semajnoj mi planas rekomenci laboron je ĉi tiu projekto.

I just erased any entries that didn't pertain to the translation of LiveJournal. Several entries were about Esperanto in general; hopefully the new user info for this community will stop such entries in the future.

During the coming weeks I hope to resume work on this project.

Kiu fakte estas la ĉefulo de la Esperanta tradukado. Kiun ni elektos por plani kaj stiri la aferojn?

demandoj pri tradukado de livejournal
Nu mi ĵus faris kelkajn traduketojn per http://www.livejournal.com/translate/edit.bml?lang=eo (kiu estas iom primitiva ilo, pro la malkonvena malgrandeco de la redakta regiono), kaj jam mi havas demandojn.

Ĉu ni tradukistoj simple traduku tekstojn de lj laŭ nia plaĉo, aŭ ĉu estas iu procezo formala?

Ĉu estas iu norma terminaro kal libro pri stilo? Mi rimarkas ke verŝajne malsamaj tradukistoj uzas malsamajn terminojn: ekz la angla substantivo "post" aperas Esperante kiel "afiŝo", "enskribo", kaj eble aliaj vortoj. Kaj simile pri la angla verbo "post" (ekz sur ĉi tiu paĝo mi vidas "Poŝti en: lj_esperanto..." Ĉu "poŝti" vere taŭgas? Kaj kio pri la eterna demando ĉu uzi "-i" aŭ "-u" por tiaj komandoj?

In accordance with the poll I posted last week, I've removed translation privileges from the following people. If you're still interested in translating, but just didn't get a chance to reply to the poll, let me know, and I'll regrant your privs ASAP. :)

Information on translation -- and in particular, how to use the translation system -- is in lj_translate. All translators should be watching that community for general translation-related information.

Also, we're still looking for someone to take over the Esperanto translation. If you're interested, please let me know -- either by commenting here, or by email (my username @ livejournal.com). I'd like to get the new translation head in place sometime in the next week, so if you're interested, please let me know! (The two new people are also invited to volunteer, and you'll be up for consideration in case none of the older volunteers aren't interested.)

sorry, want to take over?
Sorry I haven't been active here in quite a while. Other projects have caught up with me. The most important being the complete redesign of www.tejo.org that isn't going as fast as I'd like it to. Anyway, if someone would like to take over as head translator, I would be very happy to hand over the privs.

Hi, everyone! I'm one of LJ's translation coordinators, and I want to help get the Esperanto translation back on track. amuzulo, I apologize for stepping on your toes, but I'd like to go ahead and do the "activity check" -- removing privileges from people who are no longer interested, and granting privileges to those who are still interested.

If you already have translation privileges and you're still active, please take this poll. Additionally, if you don't have the privileges, but you'd like to get started, please take this poll and leave a quick comment with your level of fluency in Esperanto and in English. Please vote by Friday (December 30), and at that point, I'll adjust privileges accordingly.

En mia temo, aperas "Lastaj enskribojn" titole al sekcieto... Teruras.

Mi mem ne povas traduki, ŝajne. Se mi povas, iu klarigu. Resume, iu solvu ;)

Kvankam mi mem malŝatas ĝeneralajn demandojn en komunumoj, mi mem devas fari tion nun, ĉar mi ne trovis la respondon sur la informpaĝo. Do, jen:

Kiel mi povas iĝi tradukisto por la esperantlingva versio de LiveJournal?

Mi ekde longe havas esperantlingvan taglibron, sed neniam ekuzis la esperantigitan menuon, ĉar ĝi enhavas kelkajn terurajn, bazajn erarojn. Ĉar mi konas la leĝon de la Esperanto-movado ("Vi devas ĉion fari mem!"), mi tuj korektus ilin, sed mi ne scias, kiel fari tion.

Saluton, geamikoj! Mi ĝojas aliĝi al la teamo. Mi ne multe parolu pri mi -- se vi interesiĝas, turnu vin al http://ikso.net/~slavik/

Mi foje uzas la E-lingvan interfacon en VivĴurnalo kaj iam eksentis, ke mi povus esti utila por ĝia plibonigo. :) Mi ne promesas multe umi pri la afero, sed foje mi ion ja faros.

Dankon al amuzulo, kiu donis al mi la rajtojn.

Oni menciis ĉi tie liston de la ofte uzataj VĴ-terminoj. Estus bele rehavi la liston (hodiaŭ ĝi estis neatingebla).

PS: Ĉu la lastaj du mesaĝoj en ĉi-komunumo ne estas forigindaj laŭ vi? ;)

Mi estis fora por iom da tempo, kaj c^iuj malaperis? Estas laboro por fari! 8)

Nun, nur 76.23% de lj estas tradukita esperante, c^ar lj aldonis pli da frazoj.
